o as i'm at a low point right now and have been for the last few days. I just got moved around at work and am having to learn a new position and i'm not having a good reaction to it tho i constantly try to talk myself down from being stressed about it Its hard to cheap football shirts} make yourself get help when it doesn't seem like neone really cares or you don't care about yourself much. I'm not really sure what to do, hopefully ill feel better soon but i just wanted to say that reading what u guys wrote about work really makes me feel a lot better like i'm really not so alone so Thank You. My one piece of crucial advice to anyone suffering from this horrible disease is to seek help. Go to the emergency room of a nearby hospital if you need to like I did or schedule appoitments with a counseling center. Do what ever you have to do to get help because believe me it will not go away. It will be with you
