PROPER SLEEP as a PRIORITY, has helped me so enormously I tend to stress this every chance I get. Proper sleep helps me not to be a LOSER. With proper sleep I actually function well as the rule, and generally keep proper perspective of what's going on around me, giving me more sucess stories than I could have ever hoped for during my younger years. As an added bonus, I don't get physically ill anywhere near as often as I used to. That seems to be the best treatment I could ever get. If one is depressed one might want to have a sleep study done.
