Everyday work out on treadmill or bicicyle or walk or run outside. Doing that everyday will probably make you feel better and lose a couple of pounds doing that. 2. If your into sports you can change that fat into muscle. But then you'll probably weigh still a pretty good amount because muscle is heavier then fat. But having some fat is good for you because thats how fluids pass through your body so you don't get dehydrated. Do sports and always stretch before everything
