I don t think it s just a coincidence that since that pyramid came into effect and Low Fat was hyped creating low fat foods high in sugar to replace the satisfying fat is how we got fat. They bad mouthed Atkins a little bit. When very obese people were talking about diets they failed on, they said Atkins about 8 times. I thought, I bet you didn t do it right. Then one person said, I was just eating and eating chicken strips and I thought, probably processed with added crap and too much of it. cheap football shirts} I have lost 30 on Atkins which I find easy to follow and I am continuing to lose. When people tell me what I am doing, I say, I cut out sugar and refined carbs and focus on whole foods chicken, spinach , no added ingrediants garbage. I don t say Atkins or I get a negative response. The establishment like Dr. Oz it will give you bad breath don t do it has done such a great job creating an anti Atkins message. The series did make a good point about kids playing and no longer walking to school like we did when I was growing up. I had no idea kids no longer have gym in school.
